As I have been unable to contact you directly by telephone to confirm your reservation, could you please telephone me on (01242) 222200 or email info@lumiere.cc to confirm. Please note credit card details will be required and for your reference our cancellation is policy below. I will hold this provisional reservation until 48hours prior or until the day becomes fully booked for you. I would be grateful if you could also let me know if the reservation is no longer required so that I may offer it to other guests.
When you confirm, please do let me know if any of your party have any dietary requirements (including vegetarians) as our kitchen always prepare dietary specific menus to order.

Cancellations Policy
We do appreciate that arrangements can change and that problems may arise, but please inform us of any cancellations, as no shows have a severe effect on us and we have regrettably had to introduce a cancellation fee of £65 per guest should a party not show.
Due to this we ask that when you confirm your reservation that we can take details of a Credit/Debit card. Reservations will remain provisional until we have these details and we reserve the right to release the table should it be not have been confirmed 48 hours prior to the reservation. No charge will be made to the card unless the cancellation terms are breached.
