Bordeaux Dinner & Wine Tasting Thursday 30th September
We are hosting a Bordeaux Wine Tasting Evening in association with Christopher Piper Wines.
A great opportunity to taste Jon’s award winning food matched with some of the best wines from the region & a chat with our tame wine expert - Nicky Hall from Christopher Piper Wines.
We all know that the Bordeaux region produces some of the most fantastic Red wines but have you ever tried their White or Rosé?
Christmas & New Year
I know its only September but just to let you be the first to see them here are our Christmas & New Years Eve menus.
We have already had quite a few enquiries so they will book up quite quickly.
And finally our really exciting news...
The Young Gun Festival 2010
Jon has been invited to cook at The Young Guns Festival 2010. If you are unfamiliar with the festival it is hosted by The Pass Restaurant, South Lodge Hotel in Sussex and showcases 5 of the top young, up & coming UK Chef’s outside of London. Each chef has their own evening to showcase their menu from The Pass’ fantastic open kitchen - for Jon it will be Saturday 2nd October.
This is fantastic recognition for Jon and a testament to all of the hard work Jon & our kitchen team put in to creating our unique menus.
We are looking for guinea pigs to test Jon’s 6 course showcase menu here at the restaurant on Tuesday 28th & Wednesday 29th September. There will be some old favourites, exciting new creations & a couple of courses are still yet to be decided!
6 Courses £45 per person
Please note this will be the only menu which we are running on these two evenings in order to give Jon the opportunity to perfect his final dishes!
